Christmas Buffet Theme Nights (including dancing to DAYBREAK)

Christmas Buffet Theme Nights

(including dancing to DAYBREAK)

Saturday 13 December 2014 and Saturday 20 December 2014

It's only September, but the time has come for members to make their bookings for the Christmas Buffet Theme Nights, which, again, include dancing to the very popular DAYBREAK.

Like last year, there will be two events - the first on Saturday 13 December 2014 and the second a week later on Saturday 20 December 2014.

Ticket prices have been held at £25 and members can book places at the bar, by paying a £10 deposit per ticket. In order to assess the requirement for table sizes for members and their guests, who wish to sit together, it will be helpful if one member acts as the lead person for the group.

A copy of Au-Gratin's excellent buffet menu is set out below.

Such was the demand for tickets last year that some people were disappointed when the maximum number of places available was reached.  Therefore, please book as soon as possible to ensure that you don't miss out.

Sponsors Wanted

Sponsors Wanted

Sponsorship is a proven way to increase the visibility of your company – and attract new customers and business leads.

East Kilbride Golf Club offers a variety of sponsorship options – from supporting high-profile competitions throughout the season to more straightforward advertising opportunities.

Our sponsors are vital to the everyday running of the Club, and, more importantly, its future. Their support assists special projects such as our Youth Development. In partnership with Clubgolf, this allows our Junior boys and girls, along with children outwith the Club, to gain professional golf coaching.

Examples of the opportunities available are:

The Club Championship – our top sixty players compete over 36 holes medal play. This is the biggest day in our golfing calendar.

Open Competitions – we have various Open Competitions which attract competitors from outwith the Club - such as the Senior Gents; Seniors Pairs; Ladies Open Day and our very successful Tri-Am.

Saturday Competitions – most Saturday the Club runs a competition which attracts around 300 playing members. These can be sponsored individually – or two companies could agree a joint sponsorship.

Medal Tee Sponsorship –Advertise your company on one of our medal tees. We will provide an advertising plaque on which your company name will be seen not only by our members but by our large numbers of visitors. These sponsorships ideally run for a minimum of three years.

Scorecards – We have 20,000 scorecards printed for each season and can accommodate full-page and half page adverts.

We encourage all sponsors to enjoy the course they are supporting. As part of the package all sponsors receive a complimentary four- ball with full use our excellent clubhouse facilities. Your Tee Time (between 10.00 – 15.30hrs Monday to Thursday) may be booked one week in advance, subject to availability.

Costs for these various sponsorship packages vary but, in the first instance, please contact the Club Secretary, Fraser Gow, on 01355 581800 or e-mail secretary@ekgolfclub.co.uk
